Tour
You must see the famous „Goldene Dachl“ and the Hofburg of Innsbruck! Personal tour information and if booked handing out of the bikes.
Discover the mountains of Tyrol along the Inn valley - it is a fascinating feeling to cycle on flat paths amongst the majestic mountains. After recommendable visit of the monastery Stams you roll to Imst.
Follow the Inn cycle path as far as Landeck, then a bus transfer (40 km) takes you up to the Reschen Pass. What a marvellous panorama! You cycle past the sunken, much-photographed church in Lake Reschen along cycle paths and the smallest side roads to Burgeis or Mals in the upper Vinschgau Valley. In Mals you can marvel at the four-towered town centre and Burgeis lies at the foot of Marienburg Castle.
Today you can admire many palaces, castles, ruins and monasteries, which stick to the rocks or sun theirselves amongst rolling wineyards like the mountaineer Reinhold Messner ´s palace Juval. The highlight is Meran with the beautiful city, the famous access balconies and the ethnic patios. If you want to be very early in Meran you may cut the biking stretch short by using the Vinschgau train.
A wonderful day is coming up! What is your favourite thing to do? A cycle tour to the birthplace of the Tyrolean freedom hero Andreas Hofer in the Passeier Valley, a hike along the famous Tappeinerweg trail or a shopping spree in Merano? Today's 'free' day offers you all kinds of possibilities.
Today you can clearly feel the change in landscape from the "orchard of the Vintschgau" to the "wine country of Trentino". You follow the cycle path along countless vineyards past elegant villas and elegant country estates to Lake Kaltern, which impresses with its panoramic location. After a short ride, you finally reach the wine village of Ora in the Adige Valley.
You cycle to the centre of Bolzano either easy-going through the flat valley of the river Adige (Etsch) or sporting via the lakes Montiggler and Sigmundskron. Look forward to historical buildings with Italian flair, access balconies and the Ötzi-museum.
Today, after breakfast, your beautiful cycle tour through the fascinating mountains comes to an end. If you want to return to Innsbruck, you can book our practical return transfer by minibus. If you still have time, you can also extend your cycle tour and follow the cycle path from Bozen to Venice.
