The MS Lisabelle is a premium river cruise ship that offers maximum comfort and a stylish ambience. On board, the tastefully furnished panorama lounge with cosy bar invites you to linger, while the light-flooded panorama restaurant serves culinary highlights from the regions visited. The spacious, partially covered sun deck offers an impressive view of the passing landscapes.
The MS Lisabelle offers 76 stylish outside cabins (approx. 15 - 30 m²) with plenty of natural light and modern furnishings: separable double beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe and individually adjustable air conditioning. The windows in the standard and comfort cabins cannot be opened. The superior cabins have a French balcony.
Eco cabins are located at the front and rear of the ship, which may be affected by operating noise.

Arrive early, because Passau is worth it! Treat yourself to a stroll through the enchanting enchanting old town and take a look at the world's largest church organ in Passau Cathedral. Today you cycle to Linz, the capital of Upper Austria. Here you can look forward the bright yellow City Express, which takes you on a discovery tour through Europe's Capital of Culture 2009 (optional). Visit St Mary's Cathedral in Linz - an architectural masterpiece and architectural masterpiece and the largest church in Austria. On the magnificent Ringstrasse you will feel transported back to times long past, and a visit to one of Vienna's coffee houses is of course a must. The Naschmarkt is a feast for the eyes, nose and ears. You will see, the day in Vienna will fly by.
Your floating hotel will first take you to Krems. From there you cycle through the picturesque Wachau region! Small wine-growing villages, wine terraces and apricot trees as far as the eye can see await you. The highlight of the day, apart from the marvellous nature, is the dreamy little town of Dürnstein with its narrow alleyways. In Spitz, cosy wine taverns along the cycle path invite you to take a break and once you arrive in Melk, the imposing Melk Benedictine Abbey, one of the most beautiful baroque ensembles in Europe, awaits you.
Grein welcomes you with many charming baroque facades in the town centre as well as the oldest municipal theatre in Austria.A visit to Austria's oldest residential palace, Greinburg Castle, also attracts visitors with its extraordinarily diverse representative rooms from the Middle Ages, Renaissance and Baroque periods.Leave Grein behind you and set off on this beautiful, easy cycle tour towards Mauthausen.You cycle through the picturesque Strudengau region.Calm Castle awaits you, and cyclists interested in history should definitely visit the Celtic village in the market town of Mitterkirchen along the way. In Mauthausen, the Mauthausen Memorial offers you a moving insight into history.
One last time you can enjoy the marvellous landscape, the first rays of sunshine and the morning silence from on board while your ship takes you back to Passau.Perhaps you will think back to the many impressions and experiences of the past week.Disembarkation in Passau takes place at approx. 11:00 am.
The planned route is always subject to possible changes due to nautical, meteorological or organisational reasons. If, for example, a route cannot be travelled due to low water, high water, bad weather or construction work, the captain reserves the right to change the route for your safety. This is not a legally valid reason for cancelling the trip free of charge. The same applies in the event of officially ordered lock or bridge repairs or in the event of engine or propulsion damage to the ship through no fault of the captain.
As your ship usually sails to the next harbour on the same day, your time frame for your own activities and sightseeing is limited. On some bridges, the clearance height is so low that the sun deck is closed for your safety.

Travelling by train
Passau is easy to reach by train. The best way to reach the ship's landing stage from the railway station is by a short taxi ride or public transport. You can find up-to-date timetable information and prices at www.bahn.de.
Parking facilities at the arrival point
You have the option of parking your vehicle in a car park on the outskirts of Passau. You can choose between a secure but uncovered car park (€ 83 for the duration of the trip) or a multi-storey car park (€ 104 for the duration of the trip). From the car park to the ship and vice versa. You will be taken from the car park to the ship and vice versa by transfer bus. You will receive a form with the travel documents approx. four weeks before the start of the trip, with which you can reserve the desired car park and detailed information on the possible procedure.
Noise level
Please also bear in mind that your river boat is your "holiday hotel" on the one hand, but on the other hand it is also a piece of work equipment that moves under engine power and has to be operated constantly, even at night (sometimes with locks and bridge crossings, possibly with the superstructure moving in and out), must be operated. We recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to noise take earplugs with them.The lock passages are associated with disturbances - this is the case with all Danube cruises and unfortunately cannot be changed.
Condition of the cycle paths
The Danube cycle path is a perfectly developed cycle path, free of car traffic.It leads through predominantly flat terrain and is also perfect for beginners.
Available rental bikes
24-speed unisex bikes with freewheel and electric bikes are available for this tour. All hire bikes are equipped with a pannier bag, a handlebar bag, lock and repair kid. Cycling helmets and cycling clothing are available in the on-board shop.Simply state your bike requirements when booking.
You can also bring your own bikes / e-bikes (limited number of spaces available, for a fee).
Luggage
Please note that storage space in the cabin is limited. It is advisable to bring your luggage on board in a sports bag or similar instead of a hard suitcase.

Passport and visa requirements
For EU citizens, there are no special passport or visa requirements and no health formalities to be considered for this trip.
Travel insurance
The tour price already includes the statutory insolvency insurance. In addition, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance upon receipt of your travel confirmation in order to protect yourself against financial disadvantages in the event of travel cancellation, interruption of travel, illness or accident.
Velociped can withdraw from the tour twenty-one days before the starting date of the tour, at the latest, in case the minimum number of participants stated under the tour description is not attained.
